- What's a "book"?
- A single memory book, for one memorial, one wedding, one retirement, one baby's first year. Each book has its own contributors, privacy settings, and collection window. Most people run one book at a time; you can create more whenever you need to.
- What happens when my plan ends?
- Your memories stay forever. When a paid plan's collection window ends, the book moves to the Free plan. Everything you've collected stays visible, exportable, and downloadable. Only the paid collection features (SMS outreach, AI interviewer, audio/video) pause for new submissions. You can reactivate any time.
- Which plan fits my occasion?
- For SMS outreach and photos across a 365-day window, Standard often fits. For video submissions and an unlimited archive, Premium adds those. Free is a solid choice for small family occasions or to try things out first.
- What does my family or guests see?
- They get one simple link. They tap it on their phone, type a memory or photo, and hit send. No app to download, no account to create. By default, every contribution comes to you to approve before it appears. You can switch to auto-approve in your book settings if you trust every contributor. If they can send a text or open a link, they can contribute.
- Can I refund?
- Yes. Email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Your book returns to the state it was in before the upgrade.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. You can upgrade from any book's settings page at any time. Downgrades happen automatically when a plan's collection window ends, no action needed.
