Our Memory Book is a web app that lets you create a memory book and collect stories, photos, and messages from friends and family. Contributors can submit through the web, SMS, email, WhatsApp, or Telegram — no account needed. Learn more about how it works.
Is it free?
Yes! The free plan includes 1 book with up to 50 submissions and web-based contributions. Paid plans unlock more books, additional channels (SMS, email, WhatsApp, Telegram), PDF export, and other premium features. See pricing.
What channels can contributors use to submit?
Contributors can submit through the web form (free), or via SMS, email, WhatsApp, and Telegram (paid plans). Each channel creates the same submission — text and photos flow into your book regardless of how they were sent. Learn about channels.
Do contributors need an account?
No. Contributors can submit memories without creating an account. Depending on your book's verification mode, they may need to provide a name, or they can submit completely anonymously.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use HTTPS everywhere, hash all passwords, verify webhook signatures, and scan uploaded files for malware. Your data is yours — you can export or delete it at any time. Read our privacy policy.
Can I export my memories?
Yes. Paid plans include PDF export — a print-ready document you can keep forever. You can also export all your account data as JSON from your settings page. Learn about data export.
What file types can I upload?
Contributors can upload images (JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP) and videos. Files are scanned for safety before being stored. Maximum file sizes depend on your plan.
How do I share my book?
Every book gets a shareable link and a downloadable QR code. You can also share a short book code for SMS and messaging channels. Print the QR code on invitations, table cards, or posters. Learn about sharing.
Can I moderate submissions?
Yes. You can set your book to manual moderation, where you review and approve each submission before it goes live. Or choose auto-approve if you trust all your contributors. Learn about moderation.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Your paid features remain active until the end of your billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free plan. Your books and submissions are preserved — you just lose access to premium features. Learn about subscriptions.
Can multiple people manage a book?
Yes. You can invite members to help manage your book. Members can be assigned admin or contributor roles. The number of members per book depends on your plan.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings and click "Delete my account." This permanently removes your account, books, submissions, and media. Consider exporting your data first. Learn about account deletion.
