You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time.
What gets deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- All books you own
- All submissions in your books
- All uploaded media files
- Your membership in other people's books
- Subscription and billing records
What does NOT get deleted
- Submissions you made to other people's books (these are owned by the book owner)
How to delete
- Go to Settings from the navigation menu.
- Scroll to the Your Data section.
- Click Delete my account.
- Confirm the deletion. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Before you delete
Consider exporting your data first so you have a copy of your memories. Once deleted, we cannot recover your account or data.
