Every public memory book exposes an RSS feed of its latest approved memories. Subscribe in any feed reader (Feedly, NetNewsWire, Inoreader, etc.) to see new contributions as they're approved. This is useful when you've shared a book with extended family who want to follow along without checking the page.
The feed URL
If your book's slug is my-grandmothers-stories, the feed lives at /b/my-grandmothers-stories/feed.xml.
For link-only books, append your share token: /b/my-grandmothers-stories/feed.xml?token=<your-token>.
What's in the feed
- Up to 50 of the most recently approved memories, newest first.
- Each item carries the contributor's name, the submission text (markdown stripped to plain text), and a link back to the memory's permalink page on your book.
- Private submissions are excluded.
- Pending submissions are excluded; entries appear only after you approve them.
- Archived books return 404 (the feed disappears when the book is archived).
Privacy
The feed respects the same visibility rules as the book itself. Private books return a 403; link-only books require the token. Public books are open to anyone with the URL.
